I graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Bioproducts and Biosystems Engineering, specializing in Environmental and Ecological Engineering. During my time in college, I not only excelled academically but also served as the President of the Minnesota Men's Rowing Team, competing at a national level for four years. Through extensive training on the river, my passion for the environment, particularly soil and water resources, has grown immensely.For over three years, I worked as a Water Resources Engineer at SRF Consulting Group, where I honed my skills and gained invaluable experience. This role allowed me to apply my engineering knowledge to various projects, further developing my expertise in the field.Following my professional endeavors, I embarked on a six-month journey around the world, with a significant portion of my time spent on the island of Koh Tao in Thailand. I became a scuba diving instructor and I had the privilege of immersing myself in different cultures while teaching and exploring the wonders of the underwater world. This experience not only broadened my horizons but also strengthened my interpersonal skills as I connected with individuals from diverse backgrounds from all over the world. I was also lucky enough to be able to visit countries such as Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, the UK, and Mexico.Now that I have returned to the United States, I am actively seeking new engineering opportunities. Having successfully passed the PE exam in October 2021, I am eager to leverage my professional certifications and combine them with my practical experience to make a meaningful impact in the field.
