Work throughout the Permian Basin. Vertical and horizontal wells for Conoco Philips, Shell, Devon, Chevron, Anadarko, Oxy. Experienced with high performance OBM, OBM, WBM, SBM and polymer muds in lateral. Familiar with kicks, flows, H2S and massive lost circulation. The Permian is an area known for its weight sensitive formations and under balanced drilling techniques. I work hard to stay up on the latest trends, techniques and technologies in drilling fluids.

Odessa/Midland, Texas Area

 Familiar with drilling fluids, mud materials properties, mixing order, treatment when problems arise, invasion control, kicks, hole collapse, hole cleaning, water in flow, abnormal formation pressure and underbalance drilling. Complete inventory, cost control, testing and analysis of fresh water and brine water muds, mixing order, solids control.  In charge of overseeing the layout and construction of new storage building, wash pits, manufacturing plant, mud mixing and storage plant. Dry bulk and liquid storage areas. Office building and training facility. Trucking scales and loading area at Midland location. Oversee the construction of approximately 1000 yard rail spur for bulk product receiving in Snyder Texas.

Houston, Texas Area

 Oversee and manage all aspects of onsite construction and implementing safety protocol. Jobs included hospital, multistory, tilt wall, underground detention ponds, historical recondition, and high end custom homes. Preparation of equipment and project scope specifications, estimates and scheduling. Forecast and report capital project spending and execution schedule. Obtain needed resources consistent with the project schedule and negotiate the resolution of conflicts between multiple priorities. Provide leadership and coaching for less experienced project personnel and oversee other onsite superintendents.

Houston, Texas Area

 Retail and commercial finish outs as general contractor.  Coordinate resources across the site to support execution of capital projects including establishing and maintaining relationships with contingent staff and contractors, as required.

 Responsible for commercial and industrial architectural construction. Oversee all aspects of jobs onsite. Managed site work, full phase construction, material takeoffs, landscaping and irrigation. Collaborated with engineers and general contractor on City of Houston and surrounding areas. Projects involving water and waste/water treatment facilities. Oversee site work, building erecting, finish out, hydraulic isometrics, landscaping and irrigation on all projects. Projects range $1 million to $100 million.
