I am a passionate and creative builder of global brands, with a particular love of growing success stories using non-traditional marketing, influencer advocacy and networking to lay a platform for growth. I have a strong commercial knowldege of the global marketplace, and combine that with a good understanding of how to build brands that connect with people. I am a collaborative, inspirational team leader with a proven track record of forging a strong culture, and enabling talented people to go out and succeed. I have managed teams and programs across multiple markets – in both mature and seed phases – with multiple different cultures. I am at home in the midst of fast changing environments, and have an entrepreneurial work ethic that is at home in both start up culture and in complex organisations. I have a particular focus on the drinks industry, which I love for it's ability to connect global consumers with the heritage and culture of particular place. I have a unique ability to forge immediate relationships with people of all backgrounds, a strong public speaker, and am very at home using digital and social tools to create positive ‘noise’. I am a proud Kiwi and enjoying performing on a global stage.
