I was a member of a team that recruited CPAs, Enrolled Agents, and Tax Attorneys for the Credentialed Tax Expert role with Intuit for the 2018 tax season. These candidates needed to be credentialed, currently practicing, and able to help out customers of TurboTax by answering any tax questions, preparing returns, and signing off on returns. We had a team goal of ~4,000 total hires in the time frame of late July 2017, to February 2018. As a team, we accomplished this goal by the end of November 2017.
