In the Jobster Professional Services group we provided our clients with consultative solutions to their recruiting challenges. My specific role in this group was to provide enterprise-level clients with sourcing solutions and instituting a managed services offering for the Jobster recruiter application. In this position, I reported directly to the VP of Professional Services, managed all ongoing project documentation and time-lines, and led a three-person offshore software development team that provided strategic custom software integration applications. I supported our enterprise clients through consultative training, regular project progress reports, custom reporting and analysis on project performance.

In this position, I reported directly to the VP of Global Client Services. I hired and managed a team of eight Client Specialists, providing frontline technical and strategic support for our client base. Our group developed a comprehensive user guide covering best practices, technical features and specifications, and troubleshooting tips for new client on-boarding and ongoing best practices training. We maintained daily contact with clients and directly supported the Enterprise Account Managers by providing client reporting and campaign management services.
