These credentials further enhance my ability to navigate complex projects and manage risk effectively, which I apply to my role every day.Before joining Rockland Trust, I worked as an IT Support Specialist at Framingham State, providing network, hardware, and software support to faculty and students. My role involved close collaboration across IT departments to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, building strong problem-solving skills along the way.In my internship at General Dynamics Mission Systems, I supported the Warfighter Information Network-Tactical (WIN-T) program by configuring servers, switches, and laptops, setting up lab environments, and creating technical documentation and system diagrams with tools like MagicDraw and Visio.Starting in November 2024, I’ll be pursuing a masters in business administration with a concentration in risk management & insurance at Cambridge College.
