CurrentControls mine site access in accordance with MSHA regulations, CFR’s and company SOP’s. Gathers information on incidents and writes detailed reports. Monitors Refinery operations including responding to alarms and emergencies. Performs random inspections of mine personnel and vehicles. Manages property removal, contraband, and de-escalation of high stress situations. Performs Security audits and inspections of critical production sites and sensitive areas. Trained in carbon and gold handling, transporting, and tracking.Leads, motivates, and encourages team members to meet department and company goals. Serve as a peer using high levels of situational knowledge and job skills to answer questions and guide team members. Conducts Site Vulnerability Assessments and implements controls for critical areas. Capable of communicating and working with Law Enforcement and other State, County, and Federal agencies. Organizes training sessions specific to various roles within the team. Ensures that new staff members receive appropriate introductory and advanced training. Prepare, create, and implement all instructional, safety and training materials. Creates SOP’s and manuals for Technicians to adhere to and follow.
