Spearheaded development project for NBCU

- Developed and sold original concepts to Warner Bros. Discovery, Food Network, A&E, and additional networks by owning and creating treatments and custom decks.- Handled all production logistics from inception to delivery including producing, scripting, and editing development sizzles all within budget.- Led and manage the development team through research efforts, brainstorming, casting, and editing.- Maintained and grew strong relationships with network buyers, producers, agencies, and vendors to expand company footprint.

- Responsible for bringing series from development to green-lit commissions and eventually air such as Live Rescue (A&E), Animal ER Live (Nat Geo Wild), and Driven (Snapchat), working with development executives and showrunners along the way.- Pitched development projects from found talent and creative concepts for a multitude of networks.- Created write-ups, story produced sizzle reels, edited casting tapes, created pitch decks, wrote scripts, and produced field shoot segments.

- Produced :15 on-air promo for the highly rated HGTV/DIY show “Rehab Addict” receiving well played ratings- Produced 1:30 sizzle for DIY.com’s Made/Remade blog and HGTV.com’s Design Happens blog for their Holiday Party- Produced sizzle of J.D. Scott interview, brother to HGTV stars Jonathan and Drew Scott of “Brother vs Brother”- Worked as Production Assistant, Sound Operator, and Talent for multiple in-house shoots - Worked closely with producers and designers in various tasks to organize and simplify production process- Logged extensive footage for organization and simplicity in the editing process and retrieval.
