• Field incoming service desk calls and tickets in a prompt and courteous manner documenting all pertinent end user information while building a positive rapport and eliciting problem details from both internal and remote internal customers.• Prioritize and schedule ticket resolution.• Perform preventative maintenance on all pharmacy PCs, printers, scanners, and ancillary equipment.• Support and maintain automated processes including conveyor systems, PCs, printers, barcode scanners.• Using the ticketing system, record, track, and document issue resolution.• Analyze trends in ticketing software for ways to prevent future problems.• Manage and maintain IT inventory tracking.• Participate in daily standups. Be prepared to share any trending troubleshooting issues.• Support the Cloud (Azure) environment.
