Worked on Printing

Worked as a key carrying level department supervisor in control of a staff of 10 employees. Took care of daily, weekly, monthly and yearly trends, sales and dead merchandise. In charge so setting up tasks for not only myself but for my associates. One of the biggest focuses was on the inventory control to ensure that I understood shrink and spikes when it came to my products. My department had control of close to 2000 items. Ran daily reports to ensure that I had sales that were contributing to stores sales goals and to ensure that there was reduced loss by theft, returns and mishandled products.As the Supervisor I had to keep tabs on my employees from discipline to success. Worked with upper management in the hiring process and made decisions on who would work best in my team and how to manage them to be successful on a daily basis.
