I write music to briefs for clients around the globe. I can turn my hand to most commercial genres and to quick deadlines. I also write music for media, with recent projects working with short documentaries, short fiction films and a national podcast series. My approach requires working closely with a director to really characterise the music and create something to their vision, whether remote or in person. As such I've had the pleasure of collaborating with film makers from reaches as far flung as California, India and Germany. Working with clients within a host of different industries requires me to work with an ear for fine detail, balancing their desires with my knowledge of what would best achieve the results they need. My time studying Communications at university gives me a unique position when working with brands, allowing me to complement their brand image and further enhance their message.

Have played on the national festival circuit with highlights such as Festival No.6, Kendal Calling & Sound City and recorded in studios including Parr Street and Voltalab Sound Studios (formerly Cargo).Previously played with Indian events specialists Explosive Entertainments, Halle Youth Orchestra amongst other big bands, orchestras and groups.

I wrote multiple bespoke tracks per day to briefs to suit a variety of international customers. Other responsibilities included creating the written rationale behind each track and liaising with external composers. I regularly ran team meetings, creating engaging content to improve the rest of the teams compositional skills and allow others to share ideas and learn. A strong work ethic, creative approach and deep knowledge of music was required.
