From the moment I was introduced to the business world I knew I had to be a part of it. I am currently a senior at Indiana University studying at the Kelley School of Business with a majors in finance and real estate.In the past, I have used my adventurous nature in order to surpass my own limits when I went skydiving despite my fear of heights and I plan on using this trait to take calculated risks in the finance world. My loyalty has allowed me to create strong relationships that I plan to use in the business world. This was put to the test when I was offered an exciting position at a day camp and chose to help a struggling Allstate agency instead. Finally, my determination has allowed me to succeed in the past even when I initially failed. After failing to qualify for DECA nationals initially, I worked hard to correct my mistakes and eventually qualify. In my time at Indiana University, I have stayed true to myself and have been able to succeed academically as a result. Going forward, I plan on carrying these values into the world of finance.
