I was asked to design a logo and instead I co-founded a brand that proves art and commerce go hand-in-hand. With my business partner at the helm, we are growing HOSA into a regional brand based on simplicity, sustainability, and making the things we use everyday as beautiful and engaging as those things we collect.* Naming, market positioning, and developing the ethos that underlies the framework of every decision we make as we source local, produce slowly, and organically reveal our market. * World-building illustration and design that defines HOSA, bringing my poster-making background to screen printed bottles and limited edition seasonal sauces. * Pioneering new audiences by partnering with chefs, bars, and restaurants, as well as authors, artists, and record labels to reinvent expectations.* Learning to adapt in every way (sourcing, production, sales strategy, messaging, pricing) as we endure a marked shift in how people buy and what they expect from companies in a Covid-struck world.

Sought out primarily for my collaborative personal vision and trusted ability to execute impactful and multi-layered design, I’m fortunate to work with a diverse clientele in the sphere of art and culture.• Concept high level design solutions with a focus on audience engagement and enriching client content, particularly with an emotional connection to storytelling.• Flexible turnaround on dynamic timelines while learning and supporting diverse in-house systems for a range of clients from 12-month publishing timelines to ASAP online launches. • Working in capacities both solo and as part of teams, I become an expert on the subject I’m tackling in order to advocate for the best solutions for both the material and the client’s goals. • Create novel visual assets and source historical material; communicate with printers; work within budgets; push the limitations and possibilities of print technology.Clients include all the major publishers and diverse companies and institutions like Disney, Dollywood, Harley-Davidson, Cartoon Network, and Southbank Centre of London.
