Generated incident reports and worked through the incident management framework, which included composing customer facing documentation for root cause and long-term actions to prevent reoccurrence. I had the pleasure of working at CONMED for ten years where I planned and managed numerous IT projects and launched a range of advanced system applications that improved IT operations.
