As a member of the Fund Legal team at Nykredit Portefølje Administration (NPA), I maintained and updated several legal and derivatives agreements (IMA, ISDA, GMRA, SLA, etc.) with large financial counterparties, including notifying the Danish FSA and handling KYC requests.Further, I assisted in managing over 50 boards of investment funds and endowments, preparing agendas, and drafting minutes for board meetings and general assemblies.At the time, NPA was Denmark's largest regulated investment management company and alternative investment fund manager, with more than $150bn under administration – a great place for students to learn in a positive work environment.I was on leave from 1 August 2022 until 31 January 2023 while in Berlin.

Based on this, I drafted bi-weekly newsletters and reports for the Danish government. Additionally, I was responsible for managing diplomatic clearances for Danish Armed Forces' activities on German soil.During my internship, I also wrote a thesis examining the application of the EU Defense Procurement Directive in light of the evolving security situation in Europe.
