Participate in the management of credit risk for WSECU, monitoring lending risk strategies for Consumer, Mortgage and Commercial portfolios. Serve as a leader in the creation, implementation and maintenance of Credit Risk Management (CRM) reporting and analytic frameworks. Conduct credit risk assessments and scenario analysis. Initiates and lead process improvement efforts in credit risk reporting, policies/procedures and governance in managing credit risks. Reviews and analyze trends in loan portfolios and recommends strategies to minimize credit losses or other risk exposure.

Provides dynamic leadership to support fulfillment of WSECU brand values. Effectively coach and develop staff to achieve proficiency in their roles while providing tools for autonomous use of judgement and decision making. Oversees the daily department operations through forecasting and real-time management, including department budget, contract, vendor, logistical and operational management. Serves as a resource for handling complex and/or escalated transactions in support of representing the WSECU brand.
