I am proud to be a Family Nurse Practitioner!I practice at the Firth Medical Center in Firth Idaho. I am AANP certified in family practice and ACR certified in the treatment of rheumatologic disease. I graduated with honors from the University of Cincinnati School of Nursing with a Masters of Science in nursing, Go Bearcats! I completed clinical rotations with a focus on family, women's health, and pediatrics. I also spent some time in dermatology, nephrology, and rheumatology. I completed my undergraduate degree at Idaho State University in 2013 with my Bachelors of Science in Nursing and a minor in Spanish. I served as the school of nursing student body president and graduated with honors. I started my nursing career at Portneuf Medical Center where I worked full-time on the medical-surgical floor and then transferred to the ICU where I took care of critically ill patients. In 2015 I was hired on with the Idaho Kidney Center where I trained patients in peritoneal dialysis. After graduating as a nurse practitioner I was hired at the Firth Medical Center in January of 2018. I have worked there since that time, taking care of both the young and the old.
