I am a recently graduated from Oregon Institute of Technology where I obtained both a Bachelor of Science focused in Organizational Communication and Certificate in Dispute Resolution as well. Now that I have graduated, I am looking for a career path that will put my communicative skills to the test, while harboring new experiences as well.My most notable achievements at OIT was presenting my own formal research paper on artifact-based turn taking at the annual Northwest Communications Conference held in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, along with being the treasurer of our Lambda Pi Eta chapter.During my collegiate career, I learned a lot about what kind of organizational models I would like to be involved with. Companies that are focused on their customers, target audience, primary demographic, whichever direction you want to go about it, are the kinds of places I place in the highest regard. Successful companies are only successful because of the people who make them successful.I'm very self-driven and passionate about my work, even if I'm put under constraints. I quickly adapt and enjoy the challenge of working in situations where I'm forced to think outside the box.My background includes: community management, digital marketing/copywriting, social media analytics, event planning, retail, search engine optimization, facilitation, mediation, procedure writing, and basic understanding of Microsoft Office/Adobe software.
