Supply Chain Training Administrator
Current· Coordinates and executes logistics for in-person training sessions (e.g., room reservations, equipment setup & takedown, compiling supplemental documents, assigning job-specific learning plans, and resolving troubleshooting issues).· Collaborates with key business leaders and partners, utilizing key performance indicator (KPI) data to identify and prioritize supply chain training opportunities. · Creates, updates, and maintains training and collateral resources, including training manuals, online knowledge base, reference guides, and presentations.· Generates, analyzes and presents departmental metrics, monthly and as needed.· Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement at Peet's Coffee: Actively identifies processes to improve overall training quality and efficacy.
