About Jacob Dietz

With over 20 years of experience in the organic food industry, I am the Head of People and Product at Aarstiderne, a leading online retailer of organic and biodynamic food and mealboxes in Denmark. I am also Partner in Planetary - a green impact investment fund and chair/investor at SoilSense, an enterprise that develops and deploys soil sensors to help farmers improve their soil health and crop yields. In my current role, I lead a team of 60 people across product development, customer service, venues and human resources, with a focus on making a difference for our customers, employees, and the planet.
