My "Why" - I twist the lightbulb in, so others can find the light in themselves.I knew at a young age that I wanted to travel the world and I felt the call to service, during my senior year of high school. I have been fortunate enough to serve all my military career with the United States Navy. I remember watching the twin towers fall on 9/11, I was in my technology class when it happened. My Navy and personal life changed forever that day. From that day forward I have been blessed to serve my country with our nation’s finest in all leadership levels. My primary passion in life is being a husband and father to my wife and two beautiful kids. Watching my kids learn and grow inspires me. I hope to give back lost time to my wife Crystal, she has been the rock for the last 13 years as I trained and deployed numerous times. I thrive in creative and enthusiastic environments to champion a project, rule, process, activity, or idea. Leading people and teams to development programs that increase the organizations skills and talents is where I excel. I also have a very strong passion for helping people. My cherry on the top is teaching people to unlocking their very own troubleshooting potential.
