A desire for challenge and a passion for what I do are at the heart of who I am.I joined the accelerated 3-2 EE/MBA program at UB in order to fulfill these feelings and better myself in my career and in my personal life. It is my hope to work in the aerospace/defense industry out of college because of the challenges it provides and the passion I have for that field. The work of the aerospace/defense industry has always been of interest because of the subject matter. Why not spend my time working on airplanes, helicopters, missiles, spaceships, or satellites like I've wanted to my whole life?I joined the UB Nanosatellite Lab in Spring 2022 in order to build my expertise in this field and volunteered to take on the role as the Power Subsystem Lead for the newest project titled POLAR. This experience has been exciting to me and fruitful for my career, and I plan to be a part of this project until I graduate in May 2024.In the summer of 2021, I took on an internship role at the Greenpac paper mill in Niagara Falls, NY. This internship allowed me to view firsthand the role of an electrical engineer and what work is done by one. IT also provided insight into how I can be a better engineer and where I should take my career.I may be introverted, but I am never afraid to present my thoughts to my team. I am consistently motivated by new challenges and never fail to face them head on. I'm constantly looking for new problems and situations that will allow me to grow both personally and professionally. Everything I do I try my best to do both logically and confidently.
