Initiate internal shop and quality assurance procedures in accordance with ISO 9000 requirements and the PIF Quality Program. Chair all meetings including, Internal Progress reviews (IPR), Program Progress Reviews (PPR), Preliminary Drawing Reviews (PDR) and Critical Design Reviews (CDR). Complete Estimates to Complete (ETC), Estimates at Completion (EAC), Rough Order of Magnitudes (ROM), and write Order of Execution Plans (OEP) in response to Task Order Request for Proposal (TORFP).
