Responsibilities included financial modeling, transaction due diligence, and assisting originations and asset management efforts.Drafted 6+ screening memos alongside Senior Associate/VP which were presented to the investment committee.Organized fund's previous term sheets in a file allowing users to compare and select terms for future deals allowing analysts to view both quantitative and qualitative differences in terms.Utilized iLevel, a portfolio management software to structure cash flow data of portfolio companies to create a deal-level IRR and fund-level IRR dashboard, to present information at investor meetings.
