I enjoy working with organizations throughout the agricultural value chain, helping them identify and overcome issues using my skills in interpersonal communication, collaborative teamwork, and innovative problem solving. Leveraging my previous experiences and knowledge, I am able to manufacture creative solutions that keep in mind the goals and values of the company. I am passionate about pushing agriculture towards more sustainable practices that benefit both the environment and the long-term health of agriculture-based businesses. As a student at Texas A&M University, I not only built a strong foundation of knowledge about the agricultural industry, but also learned how to effectively address complex problems. My previous jobs have allowed me to grow as both a team member and leader, teaching me the importance of clear communication and diverse thinking.
