Mr. Gelbaum excels at developing executive (CxO) relationships, by rolling-up-his sleeves responding to high-visibility urgent requests, with fact-based recommendations that deliver value.In earlier years, Jacob supported the Management Information Systems Office (MISO) at the Centers for Disease Control in Atlanta Georgia. In more than 2 years at MISO, Mr. Gelbaum led the development of a BI Strategy, implemented analytics processes, managed the execution of mission-focused software development (agile and waterfall) and minimally viable products (agile), and re-engineered contract and performance management processes around data collection, metrics, and KPIs.Before moving to Atlanta and focusing on the health market, Mr. Gelbaum served numerous clients in the Defense and Intelligence Communities in the D.C. metro area. Along with managing and leading multi-function teams (INTEL Analysts, Developers, Data Experts, Mathematicians, GeoSpatial Experts, etc.), he delivered SME skills in knowledge management/information sharing, modeling and simulation, wargaming, data discovery, and analysis.
