As Managing Principal of Walker Parking Consultants’ Mid-South Region, located in Walker’s Houston office, Jacob was responsible for client satisfaction, corporate alignment, and growing.Jacob has over 18 years of experience with Prime Project Management, Design, Consulting, Master Planning, and Car Park Management Systems. Jacob strives to have his footprint on the parking industry by constantly growing client relationships, services, and employee engagement. Over the course of his career, Jacob has developed an extensive resume in Healthcare, Special Event, Mixed-Use, Transit and Commercial projects. Jacob has been involved in more than 125 parking structure projects many of which are integrated with other uses.

As Director of the Parking Services Group, Jacob led a national team of Project Managers, Engineers, Architects, Consultants and Parking Professionals who provided Integrated Parking Solutions.

Jacob led their diverse Project Management team for the Parking Group. The team was responsible for leading their projects from concept to closeout as the Prime Consultant and involved integrating multiple team members throughout the life-cycle of the project. By leveraging their experience and tools the team consistently completed projects ahead of schedule and under budget. The experience gained leading these challenging projects has proven to be extremely valuable to clients.

Jacob worked for the Technical Resource Management Team at Walter P Moore. The Technical Resource Management team provided both Structural Diagnostics Services and Prime Project Management Services. Jacob was able to manage both Prime projects and Diagnostics projects for the Texas Medical Center. This is where Jacob’s extensive career in the Healthcare industry began. In fact, this is where his passion for Project Leadership as the Prime Consultant was discovered!

Jacob assited in the development of the Harris County Flood Control District's GIS System by drafting the existing archived county maps.
