- Created a Client Data Report using mail merge between Microsoft Excel and Word, and a SAAS called Redtail. This Report runs data such as Risk Tolerance, Portfolio Model, Attorney and CPA contact information, etc for all 122 clients in the database. This way, my CFP employer could print and easily flip through and see what information is missing and needs to be added for each client.- Created a Client Fill Report with mail merge for clients before meetings to add, change or confirm the data that the office currently has on file.- Created an Investment Planning and Retirement Report which provides a detailed agenda for my employers client review meetings, also using mail merge.- Scanned important documents from old, physical client files and adding them into Redtail. All files are now 100% electronic.- Listened and participated in Client Review Meetings- Other various tasks such as helping around the office and running errands
