He owns and operates Hansen Consulting Group (HCG), where he provides business solution services across multiple industries and projects. He specializes in refining organizational structures, optimizing programs, and driving strategic transformations for his clients.Jacob also has a passion for creating a more connected and advanced built world. He leverages his BIM expertise to offer consulting, coordination, and modeling services for various stakeholders in the construction industry. Recently, he worked as a Program Director, where he integrated program management processes and BIM subject matter experts with customers. He has successfully drafted and implemented BIM PEPs for multiple customers, including a prominent Taiwanese general contractor on the TSMC AZ FAB21 semiconductor project.
