InComm is a leader in the prepaid card and transaction technologies industry.As a Reconciliation Specialist I am tasked with reconciling gift and financial card transactions exceeding $2.5 Billion annually by evaluating merchant remittance and payment data with respect to InComm activation data.Primary responsibilities include: • Ensuring database integrity through data analysis• Use of SQL queries to produce manageable data sets for evaluation on a weekly basis• Use of trend analysis to identify and track variances• Evaluation of merchant remittance and payment data with respect to InComm activation data to determine the nature of variances• Tracking and reporting variances to appropriate parties for resolution• Working with InComm account managers, merchant buyers, and merchant accounts payable department to resolve variances• Issuing proper adjustments to the merchant account when variances are corrected• Ensuring all receipts are applied appropriately to merchant account
