During my tenure, I honed my skills in customer service and employee management (and I learned to make a mean sandwich). My time spent with this franchise played a pivotal role in shaping my development as a working professional.In my most recent role as an eCommerce Specialist for Goodwill Industries of Southern Rivers in Columbus, Georgia, I've had the opportunity to apply my expertise in a new and dynamic context. Over the past two years, I've worked with a tight-knit team of a dozen eCommerce Specialist who run an online auction house through ShopGoodwill. Our team has demonstrated record-breaking sustained growth since the creation of our division in 2020. The bulk of my education was completed at Middle Tennessee State University, and my B.S. was finished at Columbus State University in May 2024. During my time in college, I was involved in multiple student organizations, and held leadership positions in multiple, serving as Membership Orientation Officer, Community Service Chair, and Vice President of Alumni Relations for The Zeta Lambda Chapter of Phi Kappa Tau. Additionally, I served as Interfraternity Council President at MTSU, and spent two years as a Student Orientation Assistant for the Office of New Student and Family Affairs.As I embark on the next chapter of my career journey, I am eager to leverage my experience and passion for communication to make a meaningful impact.
