I was part of a massive project insourcing an offshore call centre back to New Zealand. I was responsible for the recruitment as well as the development & training of a customer service, collections and technical service helpdesk induction program.

I spent 8 months working for Slingshot and 12 months working for Flip after being offered a position to join their growing team that needed reliable and hard working team members.

I worked weekends serving customers using POS. During school holidays I would work full time receipting stock invoices and managing the stockroom. I assisted with several stocktakes.
