ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF TECHNOLOGY,SENIOR FULL STACK SOFTWARE DEVELOPER (April 2016 - March 2018)* Responsible for the development and execution of departmental plans for the Technology department.* Collaborate with Senior Architects and the Development Leadership Team to create and maintain an 18 month roadmap and Technical Strategy for the company.* Work directly with the Director of Technology to align on Senior Leadership goals.* Responsible for professional development of all team members in the Technology department.* Mentor and pair with other developers on application development and support.SUPERVISOR OF SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT,SENIOR FULL STACK SOFTWARE DEVELOPER (April 2010 - April 2016)* Co-architected and developed a Nodejs based, highly scalable, microservice architecture application to serve Sales Representatives across the US with a small team of developers. This system heavily leverages AWS services and docker for scalability and extensibility.* In 3 months, learned Drupal, PHP, and built a 200+ page site with custom components for a new client, HonorHealth.com, with 2 other developers. This was meltmedia’s first Drupal project.* Greatly improved the testing suite of a web form API tool, including code coverage and system level API tests, to ensure project stability and consistency of integration into the AWS SQS messaging platform.* Supported and troubleshooted several legacy applications on an array of technology stacks. Support ranged from triaging production issues to supporting active development and our internal help desk team.* Act as Hiring Manager for the majority of open development positions.* Directly manage 12 Software and Front End Developers, including conducting annual reviews and facilitating professional growth.* Helped roll out Testing (Unit, Integration, System) standards across development to ensure code quality and stability.

* Developed a RESTful Nodejs based API to allow users to create beer recipes.* Created a full testing suite to ensure stability and integrity of the API.* Co-wrote the Backbonejs REST layer to the applications API.
