I am a commercial director and creative director, represented by The Heist. As part of my work, I conceptualize, write and direct video and photo campaigns. I oversee the edits on these projects. I lead and develop young creative talent in this work.I'm a glue guy who leads, which means I take pride in building the right internal and external team for the job. This is often a ragtag group of creative outsiders and experts. The vibe makes the work. As such, I value diversity a great deal. In my experience, the work and workplace is always made better by seeking out diverse folks to lead first, and the rest of the organization will naturally follow.
