Värdebaserat Ledarskap(Value-based leadership) is a qualified leadership education for young leaders in Sweden. The course is held by the Swedish Scouts and the King's Foundation for Young Leaders.

Pro bono position.Co-lead the Stockholm chapter in a movement designed to inspire, guide, develop & deliver purpose-driven business ideas from young social intrapreneurs inside corporate organisations globally.We brought together entrepreneurial-minded young professionals working in corporates and helped them to design and deliver socially conscious and profitable solutions to the worlds most pressing issues. Our aim was to drive positive social change through business by creating a community of change-makers, supporting them with mentoring and advice from leading intrapreneurs, encouraging pan-industry collaboration to solve shared societal challenges, and driving advocacy of the intrapreneurial agenda.Make business a force for good.http://www.circleofyi.com/

We were 20 students and people from various industries who were hand-picked globally to create an insightful, global go-to-market strategy plan. It was delivered on time and successfully. - Market research- Industry and competitive analysis- Led two internal meetings with Carbon and our task force

Consultant within the Internet-of-Things Accelerator team, which is part of Ericsson's Business Unit Global Service.- Worked together with my team within the field of larger scale IoT solutions for private-/public sector and government. - Created customer journey's for Ericsson's new IoT Platform. - Presented at the internal Innovations Den and the idea was accepted by the top Management Group.- Organized a hackathon with other interns. - Participated and supported a Shared-value project for Rural Ireland.

My main responsibility as President was to support and lead our board to excel within our projects and work. To make sure we kept our deadlines and followed our international guidelines as well as satisfying our member clubs. Part of my work was also to mentor our 19 club's presidents through various meetings and annual training seminars. This year's work did also give me the chance to participate in various projects such as Rotary Nordic's Magazine where I debated Rotary International's way of attracting and their know-how. I also participated as a Keynote speaker in Edinburgh, Scotland during their National conference.

Achievement:Establishment event - It was a day filled with seminars, group exercises and inspiration. We had approximately 80 participant from the whole region and different industries. It was a huge success from many different aspects and I know that this type of arrangement will be used for upcoming events.
