This "graph as a service" allowed data scientists within my team to build insights for experimentation and propensity models for product growth campaigns.- Drove experiments focused on intra- and inter- product growth. These were based on customer journey analysis projects which uncovered specific behaviors correlated with acquisition and growth.- Developed a novel approach to customer journey propensity and clustering - "customer journey similarities" - using graph embeddings. This allowed faster identification of cohorts as well as high propensity customers for product acquisition and growth.- Lead for a business organization chapter of GLEAM (Gay & Lesbian Employees at Microsoft).
