Jacob Høj Jørgensen er indehaver af Delendorff Advisory. Han er uddannet cand.merc. og har en ph.d. i brugerinvolvering og udvikling på tværs af organisatoriske grænser. Siden 2005 har Jacob gennemført en lang række tværgående udviklingsforløb med fokus på forretningsudvikling, grøn omstilling og samarbejdsprocesser, med ledere og medarbejdere i private virksomheder, regioner og kommuner og holdt et utal af foredrag om emnet i Danmark såvel som i udlandet. Aktuelt er Jacob ansvarlig for flere forløb med fokus på grøn forretningsudvikling og leder- og medarbejderudviklingsforløb om tværgående samarbejde samt ansvarlig for følgeforskningsindsatser med fokus på ledelse på tværs på toplederniveau.
