Responsible for the implementation of Communication Systems Projects and leads all aspects of assigned projects. Responsible for delivering the contractual scope, on schedule and within budget, while maintaining customer satisfaction. Responsible for allocating all necessary resources to meet project objectives, corporate financial, and customer satisfaction goals. Responsible for direct communication to customer's organization and relevant senior internal stakeholders by conducting project reviews throughout project lifecycle. Responsible for the overall pre-tax profit of all projects.Lead onsite PM for $28M IP security camera project spanning 300+ sites in six states. Responsible for managing schedule, scope, and cost for all sites in North and South Carolina (170+).

Provide national operational excellence leadership to higher education, K-12, healthcare, and manufacturing accounts in the areas of maintenance, housekeeping, grounds, and engineering. Serve as subject matter expert providing tools, training, and resources to account and district managers. Conduct audits, management reviews, and account evaluations relative to implementation of company programs . Partner with regional leadership to drive performance at the account level. Support regional sales efforts and new account start-ups. Source and train new facilities managers, and identify and groom top talent for future leadership opportunities. Lead or support operational excellence initiatives and new program fielding efforts.
