Battalion level Training NCO and Knowledge Manager, responsible for maintaining the Army’s Digital Management Training System database to plan, resource, manage, report and assess all unit level and individual training; manage an Access database to plan, coordinate and report the status of individual school requests; manage a SharePoint site to enhance collaboration and communication, manage workflows, and develop policies and processes for the capture of knowledge content across the organization.

Worked closely with foreign military, government, and civilian agencies, as well as US agencies both CONUS and OCONUS in planning and executing military exercises and operations as they pertain to Civil Military Operations and Community Relations at the strategic level. Regularly plans, leads and budgets for projects which strengthen the alliance between American and South Korean Forces or agencies, coordinating support for those projects from eight US Major Subordinate Commands through Operation Orders, In-Process Reviews and working groups. Collaborated with the host nation military, non-governmental organizations, and foreign governmental organizations to plan and rehearse disaster response projects and programs. Rescued two US financed construction projects, valued at $1,200,000 from failure by implementing standard project management methodologies.

Production Control Supervisor in an aviation intermediate maintenance company that provided general support and Depot Level maintenance to 13 customer units consisting of twenty-four AH-64, twelve CH-47, and fifty-four UH-60 aircraft. Planned, estimated, scheduled, and expedited the use of labor, machines, and materials in specific manufacturing and re-manufacturing operations that employed mechanical and automated production systems and methods in the fabrication, rebuilding, overhaul, refurbishing, and repair of aircraft components.
