In this role, I assist in configuring and deleting user accounts, imaging, updating and maintaining inventory of laptops and desktops, and configuring software to enable access to bus video footage, while assisting end users with more basic IT issues.

I work with a team of associates to pick online items ordered by customers on Walmart's website, stage them in our backroom, and dispense them to customers in a timely manner, all while assisting customers on the sales floor. I have also assisted in making sure item aisle locations are accurate, and our order backroom remains organized. All of this is done while making sure orders are picked accurately and making sure to adhere to many performance metrics. On rare occasions, I have assisted the store in other departments, such as stocking.

I support Riverside University High School, a school with a staff of about 100, with repairing and troubleshooting their Chromebooks, laptops, desktops, printers, interactive whiteboards and more, while collaborating with the school's primary technician to provide technology solutions for staff. I also assist with maintaining an accurate inventory of the school's technology devices.
