As a crew chief I had the pleasure of helping out homeowners at their worst times. Would start out by initial contact over the phone, followed by us arriving there to begin scoping out the job and getting the necessary documents signed to begin work. After that we’d talk with insurance and gameplan the next steps in order to save that home whether it be removing drywall or wet pad. I would be this homes personal photographer getting pictures of any and everything to show why we would do whatever it is that the job needs us to do. I’m more so on the hands on side so after paperwork is done I’m right there with my guys knocking out what needs to be knocked out. After clean up would finish with another round of photos and head on to the next job.
