I am in love with donor engagement and stewardship and have a passion for listening and making authentic connections! From sustaining programs, to mid-level programs, major giving, or foundation relationships, I enjoy creating and revitalizing cultivation plans, and I love listening to what people are passionate about, seeing people light up, and encouraging both authenticity and vulnerability. I strive to build upon an interpersonal skill set, communicating and "teaching the joy of giving."​Career aspirations lie within relationship management, I dream to better a cause and help humanity in a lasting way by providing individuals, organizations and foundations, and communities of any size dream big, and making those dreams a reality. Aside from a 3-year, full-time member of the University of Wisconsin Marching Band and participating in intramural tennis, I very passionately entertained music and social science courses that emphasized cultural and social advancement and awareness.     My first position was within a 7-person Development and Marketing team, helping to rebuild and bring stability and consistency to the Gardens' membership program.I supported 2 unique data migration projects and re-developed integrity and sound practices, particularly supportive of annual audit procedures, for handling incoming membership contributions and gifts to the gardens, and providing on-site, phone, and email correspondence to members and supporters. In addition, I was directly involved in re-establishing stability and reliability within the membership program (expense reduction and revenue expansion through direct mail (renewal and prospecting channels). I also supported fundraising staff in mid-level and major giving programs, including the organization's largest capital campaign in its history.I also provided silent auction experience and support to events staff for Olbrich's former gala, Rhapsody In Bloom.
