HALAD TO HEALTH Foundation Philippines is changing the Mental and Sexual Health narratives in rural Philippines by building #SafeSpaces where disadvantaged and under-resourced young Filipinos can access free support. We do this by:1. Building physical infrastructure to house our full suite of programs and services;2. Capacitating Guidance Counsellor Designates and Peer Counsellors to fill the 1:100,000 ratio of MH Worker to # of Filipinos3. Providing FREE counselling to young people who otherwise don't have opportunity of access4. Running Awareness and Education campaigns online and Health Roadshows with our Med & Pre-Med Students from Halad to Health Australia.

I worked with AIESEC Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia on their Outgoing Exchange (OGX) Department. Also worked with Malaysian youth leaders in their expansion operations in spreading awareness of AIESEC Exchange Opportunities across its network worldwide. We've established good rapport with universities in Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Bangi and neighbouring cities. A year later, the OGX Expansion, as we call it, made its way to the national level, and has since been adopted by AIESEC in Malaysia. Today, AIESEC International expands its reach to new universities by creating Exchange Fairs to welcome interested and potential university students to go on International Exchange through a local AIESEC entity.----AIESEC Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia is one of AIESEC International’s network of 1700 Local Committees worldwide that operates locally in areas of leadership, sales and marketing, and event and project management.It is an International platform for young people to explore and develop their leadership potentials so as to create a positive impact on society.

I have reestablished the department's operations in effectively promoting foreign internship and volunteerism opportunities to Filipino university students.
