Marketing Manager - India & Middle East (Consumer & Nfb)
CurrentConsumer Business:• Spearhead digital transformation initiatives, de risking business dependency on 3rd party eCom channels such as amazon and FlipKart by launching an in-house e-commerce platform.• Lead new client acquisition via digital marketing strategies, accelerating sales pipeline growth and shortening sales cycles.• Develop strategies and marketing plans to meet annual business targets and long-term strategic goals.• Craft region-specific communication strategies for Consumer & Corporate businesses following corporate communication objectives. Collaborate with luxury lifestyle and tech influencers to enhance brand credibility and top-of-mind awareness.• Manage product issues, warranty administration, and provide expertise to point of sales teams.• Set dealer prices, approve discounts, marketing programs, warranty settlements, and advertising plans.• Develop a trigger-based email and push notification strategy to optimize revenue from app subscriptions.• Manage digital media, launch events, and PR agencies across India and the Middle East.Corporate Business:• Participate in trade shows to increase top-of-funnel leads and achieve higher conversion rates.• Negotiate transfer prices with business units and manage service agreements with service centers.• Collaborate with lead generation agencies to ensure a steady sales funnel.• Influence critical business communication decisions by collaborating with stakeholders in India and the Middle East.• Lead events and content marketing charter for multiple categories. Develop strategies for traffic channels that support overarching Marketing and Business goals.• Organize joint events with other OEMs to drive mutually beneficial outcomes, particularly in the ProAV sector.• Drive insights and learnings cross-functionally on campaign performance, including best practices and recommendations• Manage new product and content releases, from planning to implementation and post-campaign analysis.
