GEM Training and Development is a department of Greater Europe Mission, a Christian organization that aims to spread the gospel and plant churches across Europe. As an Curriculum Designer, I create engaging and effective courses for missionaries and church leaders who serve in various cultural and linguistic contexts. I have a master's degree in curriculum and instruction, with a focus on educational technology, and I am certified in Elearning Essentials by LinkedIn.With over 20 years of experience in instructional and curriculum design, both at GEM and at Charles County Public Schools, I have developed skills in e-learning development, course delivery, and learning. I am passionate about supporting the mission and vision of GEM, and I collaborate with a diverse and creative team of trainers, educators, and content experts.
