With Twin Rivers Adult School (and formerly Grant Adult Education), I was active in a variety of roles, including leadership of the Career Technical Education Department, leader of the Technology Action Team, Federally designated Chief Financial Aid Director, and Accreditation Liaison. I also taught adult school students (2001-2013) and led professional.

I was a founding employee of Psyberware, which was the first Internet service provider in Placer County. During my time with the company, I worked doing both phone support, and also in-person support, and managed the support department. After leaving the company, I was asked to be on their board of directors, where I served as treasurer for a year.
