As project manager I oversaw two project teams of 6-8 consultants that solved critical problems for live international clients over the course of two semesters. During the course of the semester I used issue tree analysis to solve complex problems and come up with discrete work streams for all the consultants. I negotiated the scope of work with the clients with weekly checkpoints. Two major deliverables were given and presented half way through the project and again at the end of the project.

Sold business to business in central Illinois generating over 40 new clients in under two years through cold calling, appointment setting with C-level management culminating in 60 month contracts.
