Senior Supplier Quality Manager ensuring the quality of Coloplast Contract Manufacturers are in accordance with Coloplast requirements and relevant standards. This includes continuous assessment, development and monitoring of supplier’s quality level. My supplier responsibilities are within outsourced processes, injection molding parts and contract manufacturers. Internally, I have been leading the MDSAP preparation and certification on supplier control processes, re-design and update of the supplier control landscape from local to global procedures and facilitated partnership quality agreements across the organization (production, RA, QA, vigilance, stability and labeling)My essential competences and qualifications:- Lead auditor in ISO13485 and ISO9001 (assessment and monitoring)- Supplier selection through development project- Develop and negotiate quality contracts- Supplier evaluation, categorization and approval- Supplier monitoring and re-evaluation (QMR and PMS reporting)- Support to production sites with supplier issues (non-conformities, CAPA and SCARs)- Supplier Management (maintaining partnership and supplier relations)Personally, I consider myself being socially engaged, and I appreciate an informal and open-minded working environment.
