Primary focusing on overseeing and managing the 1099 recruitment and hiring processes on a national scale for Sears Home Services In-Home and Sears Home Improvement divisions. My role involves collaborating with various departments, understanding organizational needs, and implementing effective strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire talented individuals.My responsibilities include:* Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive national recruiting strategy aligned with the organization's goals and workforce needs. * Team Management: Lead and manage a team of recruiters, coordinators, and other personnel involved in the recruitment process. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the team meets recruitment goals.* Talent Acquisition: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending job offers.* Metrics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the recruiting team and regularly report on recruitment metrics. Use data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.* Collaboration: Implement initiatives to improve the candidate experience and strengthen the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.

Responsible for driving performance in a region with net annual revenue of over $12M, and a District Operating Income (DOI) in excess of $1M; established %10 Customer Satisfaction Quality Goals; a geographic area covering up to 3 district offices with split Production Coordinator responsibility; operating and driving performance for achieving and/or exceeding targeted business drivers, such as Gross and Net Margin, Bad Debt, Service Reserve, Concessions (Sales Adjustments) and Backlog Conversion; covering 8 major product categories (HVAC, Siding, Windows, Roofing, Front Entry Doors; and a contractor workforce within region territory that can range from 75-125.

Overseeing the budget for 100+ construction projects for Banks Construction LLC. Working with the CEO to establish operational success by increasing profits. Establishing P&L reports, improve operation cost by establishing vendors for products within the construction industry, building relationships with contractors by establishing labor bills and guide lines for payment within industry standards, establish company policy's and standard operating procedures, develop payroll to increase operational success, establish approval polices for all employees, and address any clients in regards to invoice collections or concerns with the contract terms in relations to contractual amount and time of payments. Oversee production from hiring employees and growing our sub contractor force. Review contracts to establish growth margins within each individual project to grow and improve on our $7 million in sales from 2020. Currently overseeing daily operations among 28 employees and a sub contract force of roughly 25.

Lead Production Manager overseeing 90+ projects for Banks Construction LLC. Responsible for maintaining budget on all projects, working with vendors on pricing and quality products, working with contractors to deliver exceptional work for our clients, manage and schedule 15 in house employees everyday to perform task, and manage over 6 project superintendents performing daily task within the scope of the project. Contract totals range from $1K, for simple repairs, to $780K, full home renovations with additions. I also manager the life cycle of the project as far as permitting requirements, getting through all inspections and to a final completion of the permit that is required for the project.

Independent contractor for several general contractors in the Pensacola area. Providing remodel work per the scope of the project.

Worked with insurance adjusters for mitigation and restoration work in the Panama City, FL area following Hurricane Michael. My duties consisted of walking a project and providing a Materport scope of the project to Recromax adjuster, once approved overseeing the project from start to finish for satisfaction. Project cost ranged from $2K - $480K as part of the mitigation and restoration work.

Responsible for driving performance with net monthly revenue of over $2M, and a District Operating Income (DOI) in excess of $1M; operating and driving performance for achieving and/or exceeding targeted business drivers, such as Net Monthly Install Goals, DOI Performance Goals, Gross and Net Product Margins, and Backlog Conversion; covering 9 major product categories (HVAC, Siding, Windows, Kitchen Remodeling, Cabinet Refacing, Roofing, Flooring, Countertops, Garage Doors, Front Entry Doors; and a contractor workforce the district that can range from 50-60; Managed a team of 9 project coordinators within the office setting; Oversee all aspects of production; margin breakdowns, cost breakdowns, product satisfaction, hiring of new contractors, hiring of vendors; working with sales reps and sales managers, working with finance and labor rates.

Worked as a superintendent, overseeing all product lines within a particular area of coverage; Siding, Windows, Doors, HVAC, Roof, Kitchens remodel, Cabinet reface, Floor, and Bathrooms. My duties consisted of taking a project after the point of sale; measure the job, order the job, schedule the job, assign the job to a contractor, supervise the progression of the job, follow up with the customer at the completion of the job, and pay out the contractor for the work performed. I was responsible for providing and services for that project following the completion. I was responsible for budget of the project and meeting company requirements for profit margins on each product line. I was responsible for maintaining a full contractor staff which consisted of 30+ contractors.
