Athlete, Dad, Chief Operating Officer. I love good coffee and attending gymnastics with my daughter. With my headphones on I find peace and recharge in the gym, typically early mornings. Practising handstands and front flips at gymnastics is a favourite as it challenges both my fear and skills.I would describe myself as a creature of habit, but juggling a full time role (Privilee), my daughter and her ever growing list of after school activities and my executive MBA, I’ve learnt to adapt this.Different thinking styles fascinate me. I love working and having stimulating and challenging conversations with people. I get fulfillment when others excel and more so if I can contribute towards it. My ambition for Privilee is to create a sustainable profitable business that leverages its full potential. I want to be there for our people by inspiring and helping them learn and grow. I want people to reflect on their time spent at the company and believe it was worth it for reasons outside of the obvious. I’m a strategic thinker, a problem solver, a tough negotiator and thrive in challenging situations. If it means I’m until midnight to do so, I will. With good coffee of course. I get my energy from my passion and enthusiasm and my dedication and persistence is what keeps me going.
